Our Mornington Peninsula Wine and Hot Springs Tour is a favourite with both visitors and locals. We want you to get the very best from your day – filled with beautiful views, sumptuous food, and plenty of relaxation. Follow along with the tips below, or simply ask your guide any questions during the day.
This is where you will be taken on a short walk down to a glorious lookout, overlooking Port Phillip Bay, the Mornington Peninsula, and all the way back to Melbourne!
Your Tour guide will escort you down to the Lookout, and then provide you the option to walk back up the top (100m up stairs) OR hop on the bus, and be driven up.
Once up top, there is another lookout here, as well as a Café and Bathrooms inside the Summit Station of the Arthurs Seat Eagle.
What you can Expect:
- Scenic views of Port Phillip Bay – and on a good day – all the way back to Melbourne
- Choice of either remaining with your guide OR taking the Arthurs Seat Eagle up to the Summit
Good to Know:
- There are Bathrooms inside the Summit Station that are free to use
- There is a cafe inside the Summit Station too, but remember, you will be getting your lunch very soon after this stop
- There are some beautiful areas and views to admire if you wanted to walk a little further – just ask our guide!

Your optional Extra: If you wanted to take a ride up the Arthur Seat Eagle, your Guide will drop you off at the Base Station, and then you will need to book and pay for your own ticket up – please ensure you only go ONE WAY as our guide will meet you up the top.

Next, we head into the rolling hills of Red Hill to visit Green Olive—a picturesque farm and vineyard known for its local produce, laid-back atmosphere, and stunning rural views.
Here, you’ll enjoy a relaxed sit-down lunch made with ingredients grown right on the property, alongside a glass of estate wine or a non-alcoholic option. There’s plenty of time to explore the farm shop, stroll through the vineyard, or simply soak up the peaceful surrounds.
What you can Expect:
- Your Choice of GRAZING PLATTER and WINE PADDLE (non-alcoholic available)
- Your guide will walk you down to your table, where your Drinks and Food will be brought out to you.
Good to Know:
- There are Bathrooms inside Green Olive as well as a lovely shop with wine, olive products, and other goods for sale.
- Please do not bring your own food & drink – we provide you lunch and drinks. Any additional items, you are welcome to purchase yourself.
- There is a lovely lake, vineyard, and nature area to explore – as well as a NEW PICKLEBALL COURT that can be hired to play.

Time to unwind at the award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs, a world-class wellness destination featuring over 70 globally inspired bathing experiences set across tranquil, landscaped grounds.
What you can Expect:
- Your Guide will walk you down to the reception area and check you in – from there, you are free to explore and relax at your own leisure
- Soak in a variety of pools including hilltop baths with panoramic views, cave pools, cold plunges, Turkish steam rooms, and reflexology walks.
- Towels, lockers, and bathing attire can be hired on-site if needed (or bring your own).
– There is a package you can purchase for Towel, Robe and Locker for $25 (one locker typically fits two bags)
Good to Know:
- Bathrooms and change rooms are available throughout the facility.
- A café onsite serves light meals, snacks, and drinks—perfect for a post-soak bite.
- Secret Tip: Head to the Hilltop Pool early—it’s one of the most scenic spots and gets popular fast!
- If you are done early, head to the Spa Dreaming Cafe (right near the drop-off point), here you are welcome to relax, purchase food and drink, and wait for your guide to arrive.
