If you’re joining us from a cruise ship tendered at Phillip Island, please ensure you have selected
“Cruise Ship Departure” as your pickup location when booking.

Your meeting point will be the Cowes Transit Centre / Berninneit at the time listed on your booking.
A FREE shuttle bus runs regularly between your ship’s tender in Rhyll and Cowes, making it quick and easy to reach us.
At the end of your tour, we’ll drop you back at the cruise ship tender for a smooth return.

Please note: Our tours do not begin at the ship’s tender in Rhyll. Instead, we meet in Cowes—and here’s why that works best for you:

1. Avoid the Crowds: Rhyll is busy on cruise mornings, with multiple buses arriving and departing.
   Meeting in Cowes means a calmer, smoother start.
2. Relaxed Timing: There’s no need to rush. Disembark at your own pace and catch a shuttle when you’re ready.
3. Easy Transfers: Complimentary shuttles run every 10–15 minutes between Rhyll and Cowes,
   coordinated by the ship and Phillip Island.
4. Explore Cowes: Arrive early and enjoy a coffee, browse local shops, or stroll along the beach before your tour begins.
5. Convenient Start Point: Our tours depart directly from the Cowes Transit Centre—exactly where the shuttle drops you off.
6. Stress-Free Return: After your tour, we’ll take you directly back to the cruise ship tender with plenty of time to reboard.

FREE 24-HOUR CANCELLATION
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your tour departs. Please notify us by email to cancel your booking.

If you arrive late to your departure location and we can’t contact or wait for you, this will also be considered a cancellation, with no refund available.

If your ship is unable to tender into Phillip Island on the day due to weather or mechanical issues OUT OF YOUR CONTROL, we offer a 50% refund of the total tour costing. This is only for bookings made with us directly, and for our dedicated Cruise Ship Tour
